Encrypted Stainless Steel Shower Hose Tube BL-1004-R

The BL-1004-R shower hose tube is designed for strength, durability and safety in daily use. Its construction combines high-quality materials and reinforced design, protecting the inner tube and improving resistance to torsion and traction.

Encrypted Outer Cover

The outer cover is made of encrypted stainless steel, with double buckle and 70–75 g/m² weight, using a galvanic process. This coating protects and reinforces the inner tube, providing a structural pattern that increases resistance to torsion and traction, preventing tangling or damage during use.

The galvanic process prevents the finish from peeling over time, maintaining a uniform appearance and greater resistance to continued use.

EPDM Inner Tube and Connections

The inner tube is made of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), a synthetic rubber known for its high resistance to high temperatures, pressure and weather. This material is durable and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a long tube life even in demanding environments.

It includes copper nuts, improving connection tightness and corrosion resistance.

Quality Control and Compatibility

All hoses are subjected to high-pressure leak tests before leaving the factory to ensure safe and leak-free operation.

It features a universal connection, compatible with G1/2, DN15 or 2 cm threads, allowing installation in most standard shower systems.
