Shipping Policy
At Water No Limits, we work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and in the best condition. Below are our shipping terms and conditions.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses in Spain and Portugal, and to agreed pickup points for the rest of Europe.
If you would like delivery to another location, contact us and we will assess the possibility.
2. Delivery times
As a general rule, orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours after payment is received, using the shipping service you choose, with tracking number and signature delivery.
Whatever shipping method is selected, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment online.
Estimated delivery times:
- Express Service: 24/48 hours within mainland Spain and Portugal, or 48/72 hours for mainland areas, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands.
- International (Europe): 3 to 5 working days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs include:
- Handling and packaging
- Transport/postage, depending on the total package weight and destination
- Free standard shipping for orders over €80 within mainland Spain and Portugal
We recommend grouping all your items in a single order to save shipping costs, as separate orders cannot be combined once placed.
4. Transport and liability
We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer during transport, but we pack all products carefully, especially fragile ones.
We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS. For any issue, you can contact us.
5. Delivery issues
If the package arrives damaged or with signs of tampering, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
