This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the WaterNoLimits.com website and the purchase of products between Water No Limits and its customers. Please read them carefully before placing any order. By placing an order on our website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Seller identification

2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are detailed before order confirmation and may vary depending on destination and weight.

4. Purchase process

1. The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and provides the necessary details.
2. A summary is displayed before payment showing the total price (including taxes and shipping).
3. The order is formalised once payment has been received.
4. The customer receives a confirmation email with order details.

5. Payment methods

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and other methods specified during checkout.
Payment is secure and data transmitted encrypted.

7. Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of order to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification.
The product must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging.

8. Legal warranty

All products sold in our store are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with Spanish law.
Exclusions: damage due to improper use, negligence, wear and tear, mishandling or accidents.
In the event of a defect, we will repair, replace or refund as applicable.

9. Liability

We accept no responsibility for damages caused by misuse of the product, or for indirect loss, loss of profit or damages arising from user breach.

10. Data protection

Personal data provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on this website.

11. Terms for companies and professionals (B2B)

1. Identification: Purchases as a company/professional require valid business details.
   If not provided, consumer law will apply.
2. Waiver of consumer rights: Right of withdrawal (14 days) and 3-year legal warranty do not apply, except where expressly agreed. Only the individually agreed warranty or liability for hidden defects (under Commercial Code) shall apply.
3. Invoicing: Invoices are issued according to the billing details provided by the buyer.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

• If you are a consumer, any dispute will be resolved before the courts of your domicile.
• For companies/professionals, both parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
