Return and Refund Policy

At Water No Limits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return and refund policy is here to help.

1. General return conditions

• Timeframe: 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.
• Condition: items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags. No returns for used or altered items.
• Exclusions: underwear, swimwear and similar without original seal (unless defective).

2. How to request a return

• Email info@waternolimits.com with your order number, items to return and reason.
• We will send you the return instructions.
• Return shipping costs borne by the customer, except for defective products or our shipping errors.

3. Refunds

• Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you if your return is accepted or rejected.
• If accepted, refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except defective products or shipping errors.

4. Product exchanges

• Email info@waternolimits.com for product changes, subject to availability.

5. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Contact us as soon as possible.
• We cover return and reshipping costs.
• You may choose a replacement or full refund.
