4. How to make a warranty claim

- We will review and provide return instructions.
- We will receive and inspect the product.
- If applicable, repair, replace, or refund (partial or full).
5. Return shipping costs
If the defect is covered, shipping costs are covered by us. Otherwise, the customer assumes these costs.

This policy is governed by Spanish consumer protection regulations and does not affect your statutory rights.
